The Youth Power Group was founded in order to create a safe space for young people to discover themselves. It does this through social projects such as; visitations to old age homes, orphanages and schools. It also offers a range of activities like sports and social events to help youths interact and learn. The Sunday meetings are an open environment of learning through the Word of God and practical advice to help young people become successful adults.

YPG HAS GOT TALENT
We believe that young people have a wealth of talent that just needs to be cultivated. This event aims to do just that by providing a platform for the youths to showcase their talents. This works hand in hand with the Arts and Culture project in the YPG.

TAKE THE PAIN AWAY
Over the past years, we have had an increased number of suicide cases in young people. This event focuses on raising awareness and offering practical help in dealing with this. The event is held once every year.

The YPG through the arts & culture projects is always on the look out for new and exciting talent. This is achieved by engaging youths in different types of activities which may include but not limited to:
- Drama
- Poetry
- Singing
- Dancing
Through such activities, youths are kept occupied with activities that will help them shape and develop their talents.
